Artist's Comment: i'm not an attorney, nor have i played one on tv, a play, or even a novel :-) but i've been around a few for many years
this particular specialty of the law, dealing with patent work, from my layman's eyes, is interesting because many of the practitioners are highly degreed in medicine, physics, engineering, and numerous other fields
these attorneys can specialize in either securing the patent for a client, or defending an existing or pending claim - this writing is for those who diligently prosecute securing their client's claim through the u.s. patent and trademark office
written with some of the jargon of the trade familiar to them, hopefully in a way they'll also find kindly amusing
other legal related titles i've already posted, such as "lawyer" and "law" are also available for personalizing as perfect gifts
