Returns
Due to the custom nature of the order, a return is allowed only in the case of an error on our part. No returns honored without authorization. We reserve the right to issue a refund if we feel a re-do is inappropriate. All returns authorized are accepted only in original packaging with return shipping paid by customer.
My wife Sheila and I have successfullly sold our personalized writings since the early 90’s with nearly 100% acceptance. In addition to our care in production and shipping, our ability to customize our own writings ensures your satisfaction.

Customization
Since we have created our own writings, we can custom change any text we are comfortable changing, such as changing the text from singular to plural when the gift writing is from more than one person.
We also reserve the right to refuse any change. This includes but is not limited to obscene, negative, or other changes we do not feel comfortable with.
We print only with black ink on parchment tone paper.
Additions:
As pictured below, we can add a “to” under the title; we can add a “from” at the end after the copyright notice (which we do not remove); and we can do either or both in each individualized writing.
Thus our writings also make a great group gift item to each individual of a club, social group, or association.

Additional Features
Each gift writing and backing is a standard size 8x10. Though I no longer do framing, I owned and ran various picture and frame shops from the early 80’s on the Strand in Galveston, to a small shop across from the University of Texas in the early 90’s. Since the start of the 21st century, I have opted to concentrate more on creating original images than selling the many posters of artists I admired and enjoyed.
Standard size is a great convenience to the buyer. Ready made frames are readily available and the entire gift writing can usually be placed in a frame by anyone, or by one of the many art & craft stores available in most communities.
Because of the thin yet solid backing provided with the writing, an easel back frame, usually sold complete with glass, can also be used. These will easily sit on a desk, bookcase, or mantle.
The Standard size and small footprint enhance the personalized writing’s appeal to be displayed and remembered.
